📋 Description
- Design, build, test, and maintain high-impact AI agents that improve workflows
- Support the super user network through design consultations, 1:1 coaching, and build reviews
- Partner with Strategic Initiatives leadership and adjacent teams to ensure agents are
- Contribute to the broader AI program - surface patterns from builds and super user work, propose
- Foster cross-functional partnerships across all organizational levels, including executives
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; relevant professional experience may be substituted
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, product, strategy, or
- Significant experience building and deploying AI agents or past technology tools
- Strong workflow analysis
- Uses an iterative approach, favoring rapid experimentation, learning from outcomes, and adjusting
- Apply strong critical thinking when reviewing AI-generated outputs, carefully evaluating accuracy
