Business Operations Manager (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Own global S&OP for Starlink hardware products to convert hardware into paying customers
• Translate analysis into strategic insights and hardware mix strategy
• Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting with network constraints
• Drive resource planning for hardware ramp and sunset plans with hardware manufacturing engineering
• Enable go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink’s operational trajectory with leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or business
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A
• 2+ years of experience in Excel or programming
• Strong SQL and Python, ability to handle large datasets independently
• Excellent analytical modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders
