Innovation Project Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary team for full project delivery (On Time In Quality).
• Drive content and quality of growth projects; manage stakeholder alignments with R&D
• Translate opportunities from marketing/commercial into clear project briefs and plans.
• Plan, manage resources and budget; monitor deviations and signals early.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks; drive gate reviews and key decisions.
• Support regional rollout of large innovation projects and in-market delivery till closure.

🎯 Requirements

• Academic: Degree/Master in Engineering, Food Science/technology, or business management.
• Experience: 10+ years in innovation or project management, preferably FMCG.
• Skillset: Understanding of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing.
• Experience with new product/packaging innovation commercialization.
• Experience in international matrix organizations; strong communication and teamwork.
