- Enter customer orders into internal systems accurately.
- Track orders from entry to fulfillment, monitor milestones.
- Coordinate shipments with operations and carriers.
- Communicate shipment status to customers and stakeholders.
- Generate and enter invoices in QuickBooks on time.
- Verify pricing, quantities, terms against docs.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in order entry, invoicing, or related role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read POs, quotes, contracts, and basic tech docs.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
