📋 Description

• Create high-converting static advertising creatives for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Translate briefs into multiple visual directions, concepts, hooks, and ad variations.
• Produce a high volume of polished, test-ready creatives weekly.
• Use AI image-generation tools to accelerate production and expand experimentation.
• Refine AI-generated imagery with typography, composition, retouching, and layout.
• Adapt concepts into new formats, audiences, and messaging angles.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating static paid-social advertisements, ideally for DTC/e-commerce/consumer
• Strong portfolio showing actual advertising and performance creatives.
• Experience producing multiple creative variations in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles.
• Advanced hands-on skills with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Practical experience using AI image-generation tools in a creative workflow.
