📋 Description

• Lead sensitive and complex workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
• Coach managers on team member relations, performance, policy, and risk.
• Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to align actions.
• Support proactive programs addressing workplace concerns early.
• Interpret policies across jurisdictions with regulatory awareness.
• Contribute to policy development and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in employee relations with complex investigations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws; familiarity with other regions is a plus.
• Experience in global/distributed organizations and multi-jurisdictional contexts.
• Ability to adapt guidance to different regulatory and cultural environments.
• Strong influencing, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Discretion, judgment, empathy, and conflict-resolution ability.
