🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years AI/ML experience incl. 2-3 years Generative AI
• Applied ML, data science, LLM, Agentic AI engineering with delivery/client facing experience
• Evaluation design, metrics, dataset curation for LLM systems
• Model selection and prompt engineering with structured outputs and tool-use prompts
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• LLM fine-tuning, RAG context engineering, Azure/AWS/Snowflake tooling
