Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed Power Integrity engineering team across the
- Scale global Power Integrity capabilities and expand lab capacity.
- Manage lab processes and capacity for data center performance.
- Guide engineers in power conversion and delivery for large-scale compute infra.
- Oversee simulation and testing of PD products (800+V, 20kA rack).
- Review models, develop plans, and oversee comprehensive simulations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Eng, Physics, or related field, or equivalent.
- ~10 years electrical eng exp, 5+ yrs power conversion/dist, ~5 yrs global leadership.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Experience managing global customer requirements and VOC insights.
- Strong Power Integrity and Signal Integrity expertise; lab validation.
- Experience with SPICE, Allegro, PowerDC, Ansys Q3D.
