📋 Description
- Own the banking platform roadmap and ledger model end-to-end.
- Lead discovery, architecture, vendor decisions, and release plans.
- Define money movement requirements: transfers, ACH, card issuing, real-time rails.
- Ensure auditable systems with reporting, reconciliation, and controls.
- Plan migration, cutover, data mapping, and validation criteria.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, CS, or technical field.
- 5–10 years in product, with financial infrastructure experience.
- Deep ownership of ledgers, payments, card programs, or core banking.
- Strong SQL and data interpretation skills; API & event-driven thinking.
- Experience with Compliance, Legal, Finance stakeholders; regulated environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision making.
