Lead EHS Engineer, Fire Safety & Emergency Response

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the EHS Fire Safety & Emergency Response Engineering team, including
• Oversee budgets for Fire Safety & Emergency Response programs.
• Develop engineering-based solutions to improve fire safety and emergency response capabilities.
• Review fire safety rules and provide technical guidance to management and engineers.
• Provide training and technical guidance on risk assessments, ITM procedures, and PHAs/HAZOPs.
• Lead fire safety-in-design specifications for equipment, facilities, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in design, development, and oversight of EHS programs with emphasis on fire safety &
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with fire protection system design, ITM programs, risk assessment, PHA/HAZOP, and
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, IFC/IBC, ANSI regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
