Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

📋 Description

• Own GTM planning across revenue, staffing, and related financial objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Rev Ops, and Analytics to align targets with the financial plan.
• Build models for CAC, LTV, payback, capacity, productivity, and other SaaS metrics.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and guide GTM resource allocation.
• Query data warehouse with SQL to validate figures and uncover trends.
• Translate data into clear insights for strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data/analytics and finance/FP&A, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Hands-on with GTM and SaaS metrics: pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback.
• Expert SQL skills; able to build and validate datasets in a data warehouse.
• Advanced Excel; strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills; able to communicate complex insights clearly.
