- Architect, build, and maintain backend apps and shared platform infra.
- Develop and operate real-time streaming and batch data pipelines.
- Design segment evaluation and audience-matching services for multiple consumers.
- Build and improve high-volume messaging pipelines for customer communications.
- Develop shared APIs and platform foundations for marketing capabilities.
- Design scalable, reliable distributed services and data systems.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong Ruby and Go; Python experience is an asset.
- Rails or Pandas and modern backend practices.
- Proven experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems.
- Relational and/or NoSQL databases and data-intensive apps.
- Experience with batch and real-time streaming data pipelines.
