Affiliate EAP Counsellor (Network Partnership)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees in multiple modalities.
• Operate within a framework emphasizing clinical integrity, timely documentation, and short-term
• Collaborate with Lyra’s network as an Affiliate / Network Partner.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and telephonic counselling as needed.
• Adhere to Lyra’s documentation, SLA, and case-authorization processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Prior EAP experience is highly preferred and knowledge of short-term, solution-focused therapy.
