🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 8-10 years in banking, consulting, or specialty finance
• Experience presenting to institutional investors or senior execs
• Understand loan math: CDR, CPR, CNL
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and influence teams
• Strategic, autonomous, fast-paced mindset
