📋 Description
- Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger
- Support monthly/quarterly close and accurate financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and apply AI tooling
- Collaborate with Controller and cross-functional teams on close timelines and audit requests
- Help drive accuracy and GAAP-compliant financial records
🎯 Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent attention to detail and clear cross-functional communication
- Hands-on experience across AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment; preference for Eastern Time Zone
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
