📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of high‑performance structural components from concept through
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and system
• Mentor and manage a Structures team or IPT style team leads in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
• Apply knowledge of both composite and metallic airframes, fasteners, bonded joints, and load paths.
• Utilize CAD tools to design, release, and verify structural components.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years in aircraft structural design or related aerospace structures.
• Experience leading teams as a project/IPT lead.
• Proven ability to design/release components in development or production.
• Knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fasteners, joints, load paths.
• CAD proficiency (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
