Senior Software Engineer II, AI/ML

📋 Description

• Own complex AI systems end to end in India, guiding multi-person workstreams.
• Design agentic systems with production rigor: orchestration, memory, evaluation, observability
• Improve quality, evaluation, and observability; lead incident response for non-deterministic
• Contribute high-leverage code to internal AI platform; collaborate with architect.
• Partner with business owners to turn ambiguous problems into shipped systems with measurable
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, grow team autonomy and depth.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering depth: 6+ years delivering complex systems in production.
• Deep AI expertise: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, evaluation; LLMOps basics.
• Agentic systems production experience: orchestration frameworks, vector stores, runtime guardrails.
• Production fundamentals: Python/Go/TypeScript/Java; cloud-native infra (Kubernetes, APIs
• Governance: autonomous systems safety, least-privilege access, audit trails.
• Business translation and communication: turn ambiguous problems into scoped, shipped solutions
