- RBT Academy to become RBT in weeks
- School-based role with Oahu team
- Work with students in classroom per service plan
- Assist with ABA techniques and progress data
- Collaborate with teachers and families
- Training program with BAYADA education support
🎯 Requirements
- Be 18+ years old
- Associate/Bachelor or 48 college credits + math/english OR ParaPro option
- No experience required
- Complete RBT Academy and pass RBT exam
- Ability to work in school environment
- Desire to support students with IDD/Autism
