Backend Engineer (Java) - KYC Tech

📋 Description

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable backend services, working closely with
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and distributed services using
• Build and optimize high-throughput backend systems that support secure, reliable, and seamless KYC
• Work with Spring Framework, MySQL, NoSQL databases, messaging middleware, and distributed system
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, production incidents, reliability issues
• Conduct performance tuning across areas such as JVM, SQL, RPC, and distributed application

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• At least 4 years of professional experience building high-throughput, distributed applications in
• Strong proficiency in core Java and the Spring Framework.
• Solid experience with MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
• Strong understanding of distributed system design, scalability, reliability, and the principles
• Experience with at least one messaging middleware technology and a good understanding of its
