🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in tech leadership (CTO or equivalent)
• Proven success scaling global engineering teams across US and India.
• Track record of strategy connecting engineering with business outcomes.
• Experience building/scaling AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
• Strong web architecture, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, distributed systems, security.
• Experience with software quality, CI/CD, reliability, security, and incident management.
