Junior Operations Executive - Laboratory

📋 Description

• Aid the National Laboratory Manager in overseeing daily technical laboratory operations and
• Oversee workflow and staff performance, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality
• Perform admin duties: training analysts, delegating work, monitoring test methods and policies.
• Authorize sample receipt, testing, method development/validation, and reporting in the absence of
• Review and sign test reports, certificates, and cost analyses when needed.
• Supervise laboratory analysts and coordinate customer instructions with subordinates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with professional license (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years lab experience in petroleum or 3 years supervisory experience in petroleum.
• Strong leadership, training, and QC/QA awareness.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with standard test methods, calibration, and reporting procedures.
• Proficient with MS Windows and lab information systems.
