- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
- Conduct client discovery and requirements sessions
- Translate current-state processes into future-state workflows
- Identify config needs and align with client goals
- Serve as primary SME for implementations
- Configure, customize, and demonstrate software
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s in CS/SE/IT or related field; equivalent exp
- Minimum 3 years relevant exp (or 5–7 yrs if no degree)
- Experience with software implementation, consulting, or tech delivery
- Strong understanding of software dev practices and translating requirements
- Proven business analysis and requirement gathering skills
- Independent decision-making, organization, planning
