• Hands-on with NestJS, Firestore, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Queuing, Data Warehousing, Service Mesh
• Drive high-concurrency innovation for reliability and throughput
• Improve observability and resilience with monitoring and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years backend exp with 2+ years leadership
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Strong grasp of correctness: metering, ledgers, billing, payments
• Proven experience with relational and NoSQL data models
• Experience designing policy- or rules-driven systems
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
