Software Engineer - Backend (Java, Azure)

📋 Description

• Develop, design and maintain backend services, APIs, and Java-based components for the Global
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including event-driven and API-based
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability with caching and efficient service design.
• Ensure secure service communication and compliance with security standards across distributed
• Collaborate with frontend, platform, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of strong Java backend development experience with REST APIs, microservices, and
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including IAM/RBAC, Service Principals, and secure
• Experience with event-driven architectures, API integrations, shared libraries/SDKs, and
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Git workflows, caching (Redis), and performance
• Experience with automated testing strategies (automation, integration, performance) for reliable
• Preferred: Azure App Configuration, multi-team integrations, monitoring/observability tools
