📋 Description

• Transform complex product and user challenges into intuitive interaction across desktop, web, and
• Analyze usage patterns to improve navigation and usability.
• Own and evolve design system for consistency across experiences.
• Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, scenarios, and specs.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate insights into products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in interaction design/UX/UI with a strong portfolio.
• Degree in design or related field (e.g., visual design, HCI, psychology).
• Strong usability principles and heuristics knowledge.
• Excellent visual design; proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with interface design, prototyping, wireframes, and sketches.
• Experience using rapid design tools (e.g., Vercel, Bolt, Lovable, Replit).
