• Own Phone Billing end to end: metering, rating, reconciliation, audit trails.
• Lead Trust & Compliance systems into a configurable platform.
• Hands-on with NestJS, Firestore, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Queuing, Data Warehousing, Service
• Drive high-concurrency, reliability, latency improvements for time-sensitive APIs.
• Improve observability with monitoring/alerting (Prometheus/Grafana) and incident response.
