Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret real-time operational data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and errors across severities.
• Perform data corrections to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Analyze real-time situations to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field operators and customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Support project setup, management, quality control, and end-of-project reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0–3 years in oil and gas or similar technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas rig operations, directional drilling, MWD, BHA components.
• Experience in real-time, 24/7 operational environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to escalate issues and communicate risks clearly to senior staff.
