Lab Compute Analyst (all genders)

📋 Description

• Support scientific partners in IT systems and lab devices
• Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers, Solution Architects and tech partners on IT lab
• Oversight of external service providers delivering lab compute tasks
• Know lab equipment and technologies to support solution roadmaps
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and assess feasibility
• Coordinate technical activities for Computing Devices, including maintenance, troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Science or equivalent, plus relevant work
• Experience in a laboratory/pharma environment is a plus
• Strong IT knowledge: Windows OS, workstations, servers, lab devices and IT networks
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving with detail-oriented work
• Team player with customer focus, capable of cross-time-zone collaboration
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
