📋 Description

• Lead finance transformation initiatives within M-KOPA, focusing on AI-enabled processes and
• Deepen Claude–Dynamics integration and design workflows to replace manual reconciliation work.
• Build and own the end-to-end close process improvements with a finance brief, not an IT ticket
• Collaborate inside the finance team to identify friction points and deliver actionable fixes.
• Read and interpret data models and trial balances to inform AI-driven financial solutions.
• Partner with audit processes, ensuring data integrity and single source of truth across the finance

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience deploying Claude (or similar AI) in production, including prompts
• Strong ability to read a data model and a trial balance; apply AI/engineering thinking to complex
• Working knowledge of audit processes and remediation of findings.
