Senior Cloud Data Engineer (AWS)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement complex and scalable data solutions on the AWS cloud platform.
• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
• Deliver data solutions using AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda).
• Design data modeling and data warehousing solutions.
• Own technical aspects of deliveries and provide leadership to smaller teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and create technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python with clean, maintainable code.
• Shell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with Docker and at least one CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Delivered at least one complex data solution on cloud data services (AWS preferred).
• Experience with dbt or SQLMesh is a plus.
