📋 Description
- Lead modernization of an 11-rule PoC into a scalable enterprise detection framework.
- Architect transaction-focused anomaly detection with features, risk scores, thresholds, and alert
- Develop supervised and unsupervised ML models with measurable business value.
- Apply classification, clustering, forecasting, feature engineering, and anomaly detection.
- Establish model evaluation, calibration, thresholds, and FP/FN analysis.
- Ensure explainability with human-readable reasoning and evidence for anomalies.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in data analytics/data science; 5+ years ML engineering.
- Experience delivering data science or analytics in government environments.
- Python and SQL proficiency for data manipulation and model development.
- Deep ML expertise: supervised/unsupervised, forecasting, anomaly detection, feature engineering.
- Ability to translate model outputs into audit-ready evidence; reproducibility and documentation.
- Experience with transaction-level datasets (financial, procurement, contracts).
