Front-End Designer & Developer

📋 Description

• Design and build responsive website templates and components
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished experiences
• Develop reusable Elementor blocks and design system components
• Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and semantic markup
• Optimize front-end performance for Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to deliver brand-aligned work

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in designing/building websites with strong portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript
• WordPress themes and Elementor, including global styles
• Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma proficiency
• HubSpot experience for landing pages and emails
