Full Stack Developer

📋 Description

• Deliver features end-to-end: DB schema, API, UI, tests, deployment
• Pick up work independently, within two weeks
• Write/maintain unit, integration, end-to-end tests
• Code review participation with actionable feedback
• Coach/sponsor junior developers via pairing and review
• Contribute to architecture/design discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional software engineering
• Full-stack across frontend, backend, database, CI/CD
• AI-First Engineering Mindset with daily AI-assisted development
• Full-Stack Proficiency: C# (.NET) backend; frontend JavaScript frameworks (strongly preferred)
• Engineering fundamentals: test-first, clean code, conventions
• Database & Data Layer Mastery; PostgreSQL experience preferred
