📋 Description
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 HVAC design engineers.
- Own complete HVAC design responsibilities across projects.
- Review designs, calculations, drawings, and deliverables.
- Prepare and explain DBRs and design documents to clients.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors.
- Attend project meetings and conduct site visits.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience in HVAC Design and Engineering for building services projects.
- Independently manage HVAC design across multiple projects.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers and draftsmen.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and technical documentation.
- Ability to communicate with clients, architects, co-consultants.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
