Team Leader GL (RTR)

📋 Description

• Manage a general ledger team to ensure service delivery per SLAs and quality standards
• Monitor and report team/process performance against KPIs
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support development strategies
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement projects
• Foster continuous improvement culture and cross-department collaboration
• Support transition projects and other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing teams in BPO/SSC, preferably general ledger
• Experience managing performance against SLAs
• Experience handling customer relations (internal/external)
• Open to changes, continuous improvement mindset, proactive problem solving
• Flexible with tasks and priorities; fluent English and strong communication
• Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
