• Senior QA role for ServiceNow ITOM/CSM domain
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure objectives are met
• Assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality
• Ensure end product meets quality standards and is user-friendly
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality across the service

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceNow testing experience (ATF preferred)
• Knowledge of testing types: performance, unit, integration, automation
• Experience with test cases, defect management, and QA audits
• Hands-on with tools (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow, profilers, Unix tools)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail
