📋 Description
- Test software releases for Revenues & Benefits and Central Government applications
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve software and customer satisfaction
- Home-based after training period in Bracknell office
- Adapt testing to ensure benefits, council tax, and business rates processes are correct
- Review functional requirements and convert them into test scripts and scenarios
- Execute test scripts and report results clearly to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to interpret complex requirements
- Knowledge of Council Tax or Non-Domestic rates testing
- Understanding of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction calculations
- Attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience writing and executing test scripts and investigating failures
