Principal Product Manager - Voice AI

📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and platform architecture for HighLevel
• Own the complete Voice AI lifecycle, including agent creation, prompts, system instructions
• Establish product principles for when agents should answer, ask clarifying questions, retrieve
• Partner with engineering, design, and AI leadership on streaming architecture, speech-to-text
• Collaborate with Phone System/infrastructure teams on call routing, number provisioning, carrier
• Define production service expectations across latency, reliability, uptime, and quality metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, with experience in complex B2B SaaS, Voice AI, or AI-agent
• Strong systems thinking across AI, voice, CRM, workflows, and billing in multi-tenant environments.
• Technical fluency in speech-to-text, TTS, streaming audio, latency management, APIs/webhooks
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence multiple teams without authority.
• Experience building production AI-agent systems that interact with real customers and business
• Bonus: experience with voice platforms (Twilio, Deepgram, Google, OpenAI, etc.) and real-time
