Java Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance, scalable systems.
• Develop and maintain low-latency, high-availability backend services.
• Focus on RESTful API design and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing codebases.
• Collaborate with Bots & Automation teams on next-gen bot runtime platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of production software experience.
• Strong Java with Spring Boot, multi-threading knowledge.
• Expert in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MySQL).
• Experience with Kafka, Airflow, Spark, Hadoop.
• REST API design and distributed microservices debugging.
