• Define and evolve the DevEx strategy across the org
• Align Core DX and Cloud/Platform DX efforts
• Ensure a holistic DevEx, avoid local optimizations
• Improve end-to-end developer journey
• Establish metrics and engineering insights (DX, DORA)
• Guide internal developer platforms and self-service

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive DevEx, Platform Engineering experience
• Strong systems thinking and software background
• Proven cross-org technical strategy leadership
• Experience across platform, cloud, CI/CD, tooling
• Deep knowledge of IDP and self-service
• Familiar with AI-enabled development workflows
