Director, Solution Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor a senior Solution Architecture team across EMEA, Middle East, and Africa
• Serve as executive technical sponsor on high-value deals
• Manage team cadences: 1:1s, development plans, performance metrics
• Drive GTM initiatives and revenue growth 6–12 months
• Develop partner strategies with regional ecosystems
• Align cross-functionally with international leaders on pre-sales and business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical enterprise roles; 5+ years managing pre-sales teams
• Proven enterprise solution selling; multi-million ARR targets
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message or similar
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP; Snowflake, Databricks
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB
• Hands-on integration: APIs, Linux, SQL, data pipelines
