📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures
• Help maintain community appearance, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing HVAC systems
• Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely
