• 8+ years with electro-mechanical test fixtures/equipment qualification (FAT, SAT, UAT).
• Experience with CM/JDM models and working with global suppliers.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to conduct supplier assessments, audits, DOEs in JDM, and drive cross-functional
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBA, cables/harnesses, and manufacturing
• Experience with quality tools and systems (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, PPAP, e-QMS, GD&T, Gage
