• Overseeing the full lifecycle of IT supplier engagement from selection and contracting, onboarding
• Defining and enforcing SLAs, managing contract compliance, ensuring value for money, mitigating

🎯 Requirements

• Identifying suitable IT suppliers based on commercial and technical factors.
• Running tenders, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Establishing new supplier relationships and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
• Managing and resolving supplier performance issues and tracking progress toward resolution.
