Senior DevOps Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design and operation of LivePerson’s observability platforms across logs, metrics, traces
• Own and optimize large-scale telemetry pipelines using Filebeat, Kafka, Logstash, Elastic Cloud
• Build scalable Kubernetes-based observability services using Helm, CI/CD, GCP, GKE, Docker, and
• Define dashboards, alerting standards, and onboarding for hundreds of engineers.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, NOC, Security and vendor teams to deliver reliable observability
• Evaluate new observability tech and drive adoption of OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE with cloud exp.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• Extensive observability tooling exp (Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Kafka, Prometheus).
• IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure cloud services.
