📋 Description

• Coordinate strategic initiatives across Procurement PSC Office
• Support transformation planning and AbbVie strategic roadmap
• Lead governance forums and pilot new initiatives
• Partner with PSC LT, PLT and external stakeholders
• Drive change, culture, and strategic communications
• Support Operating Model and budget processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain or ops
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Procurement or strategic ops background preferred
