- Lead architecture and execution for Autonomous Behaviors and Agents team
- Direct concept-to-delivery for real-time decision-making algorithms
- Coordinate cross-team integration across Axion and Acuity systems
- Mentor engineers, set standards, and raise code quality
- Partner with product & customers to translate mission needs
- Travel occasionally for demonstrations and engagements
🎯 Requirements
- MS/PhD in CS/Engineering or 8+ years experience
- 8+ years C++ development (C++20); 2+ years leading teams
- Proven track record in technical direction and architecture
- Strong algorithms for constraint satisfaction, scheduling, optimization
- Docker, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu); service-oriented architectures
- Excellent communication of designs and tradeoffs
