📋 Description

• Coordinate resources across deboning, sifting, grading, and final trim tasks.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspections on batches to ensure quality.
• Report quality issues to Quality/Facility Director and document findings.
• Maintain daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry/Cure/Processing spaces for correct temperature and humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS system and inventory batches accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior staff preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict policies/procedures.
• Ability to measure, package, and label with precision.
• Must be able to sit/stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs; exposure to plant material.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship).
