• Leading day-to-day delivery across a complex legacy transformation
• Coordinating engineering, business, architecture and suppliers
• Validating progress through Jira and Confluence
• Managing plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Driving Agile planning, backlog and release coordination
• Preparing executive governance materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale technical transformation
• Delivery of complex tech programmes £10m+
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence; validate scope
• Experience across engineering, stakeholders and suppliers
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe or hybrid
• Strong governance, risk, dependency and financial mgmt
