📋 Description

• Lead design for a data-centered product focused on e-commerce metrics
• Partner with product managers and engineers in empowered teams to own UX from conception to launch
• Define structure and flow of performance dashboards with simple, elegant design
• Use user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve Insights
• Think strategically about product direction and justify what/why to build
• Identify opportunities for AI to transform design and mentor others

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience
• Portfolio showing user-centered design with strong visual, interaction design and data storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, and data visualizations in ecommerce or analytics
• Experience with design systems and evolving them
• Strong communication to explain design rationale
